The ring counts down to your next crew change. Under it: travel, money (tap to show), your next plan and the forecast for crew change day.
Coming up lists your next hitches, plans, birthdays, games and bills due while you’re away.
Packing has two lists: your bag, and jobs for the night before you leave. Ticks reset every hitch.
📅 Calendar
Swapped or held over? Tap any day and pick On hitch, Home or Travel. The pay and countdown follow.
Plans go on your days off and warn you if they run into a hitch. Plans for hunting, golf, the lake and so on get a gear list.
Important dates: birthdays and anniversaries, with a reminder when you choose.

Reminders
Your phone writes and seals each reminder before it's stored, so Life on Rotation's server can't read them. It only knows when to send them.
Account
Back up Life on Rotation and use it on more than one phone. Your data is encrypted on this phone before it's uploaded, so nobody else can read it, us included.
Your recovery code
If you forget your password, this code is the only way back in. We can't reset it for you. Keep it somewhere safe and off this phone: a password manager, or printed at home.
Microsoft 365
Put your hitches in Outlook, set your out-of-office and Teams status for days off by themselves, and back up to your own OneDrive. Works with work and personal Microsoft accounts.

Anyone with the link sees your rotation, read-only. After a swap, send them the new link.

Give each person or group their own link. Everyone sees your rotation and swaps; tick what else each link shows. Changes reach them by themselves.

Tip: import it into a new, separate calendar (call it "Rotation"). To remove it later, delete that one calendar and every hitch goes with it.
